I am out of Anantapur obeying the Police instructions: Chaman

News Details :  Chaman, after surfacing from underground, joined TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu in his Padayatra. Police have asked Chaman, a close follower of slain TDP leader Paritala Ravindra, to leave the district forthwith as he had no permission to do so.
