News Details :  The principal court for CBI cases directed Minister for Roads & Buildings Dharmana Prasada Rao and ex-Minister Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao to appear before it on January 4 to explain why they had a 'right of audience' in a petition by CBI seeking their prosecution under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
