News Details :  Telugu Desam Party Chittoor MP, N. Sivaprasad, who is known for his antics, was seen playing 'Chekka Bhajan' at the main gate of Parliament in New Delhi, to draw the centre's attention to oppose its decision to carve out Telangana state.
